Daily care for your Narval CC
To keep your appliance clean over time, regular care is important.
Here’s how to care for it:
- Clean your appliance after each use immersing it in lukewarm water (not hotter than 45°C!) and a dental brush or toothbrush that you only use for your Narval CC appliance.
- Do not use toothpaste, mouthwash, soap or alcohol-based products, as they may damage the material.
- Twice a week, you may use an antibacterial denture cleanser intended for orthodontic appliances.
- Clean your Narval CC device following the instructions provided by the cleanser manufacturer.
- Rinse is well with clean, drinking-quality water.
- Always dry the appliance thoroughly after cleaning with a clean towel.
- Store the device in its storage box, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Regularly check the appliance for cracks, deformation, or any signs of wear. If you notice anything unusual, contact your dentist.
