Sleep Stages

Here’s what each stage means:
Awake – Brief moments between sleep cycles are totally normal.

REM – Dream time that’s crucial for memory and learning.

Light – That drifting-off phase when your body starts to relax.

Deep – Where true recovery happens: muscle repair, immune boosting, and memory consolidation.

What is it?

Sleep Stages helps you understand how long – and how well – you slept. It shows how much time you spent awake and in light, deep and REM sleep.

  • Sleep Score: understand your CPAP therapy.
  • Sleep Stages: understand your sleep. Simple!
Why is it useful

Great sleep isn’t about spending hours in bed. It’s about getting the rest you need to wake up feeling good.
With Sleep Stages, you can spot trends over time and make smart decisions:

  • Does cutting caffeine improve your deep sleep?
  • Do screen-free evenings help you dream longer?
  • Are you waking up often during certain phases?

Sleep smarter, not harder.

How does it work?

If you use Apple Health or Google Health, myAir can now integrate sleep staging data directly from your:

  • Smartwatch
  • Health app
  • Wearable device

That means: all your sleep info, all in one place.
Note: Your wearable device must be worn during the night to track sleep stages.
