Missing myAir data
My last night’s data is not available in myAir. What should I do?
If your last night’s therapy data is not available in myAir or you are seeing a message saying that you did not use your CPAP machine last night, please check that:
- Your CPAP machine is turned on and plugged into a power source.
- You have a good wireless signal on your machine: the more bars you see on the wireless signal icon on your device, the better the signal strength. If you don’t see many bars, try moving the machine to another location.
- Your machine is not set to airplane mode. For more information about turning off airplane mode, refer to the user guide for your CPAP machine.
- You entered the correct serial and device numbers when you set up your myAir account. These numbers are shown on the back of your machine and can be found in your profile on the myAir app.
My sleep score is not available in myAir. What can I do?
If you’re unable to see your myAir sleep score, please follow the advice listed in the answer above. Please remember that data is not transmitted instantly from your CPAP device to your myAir account – you might need to wait a few hours and try again.
I have a new CPAP machine and have updated my serial and device number in myAir, but I can’t see my sleep therapy data.
If you link a new CPAP device to your myAir account, you should see data from that device appear on myAir after your next therapy session. Please remember that it usually takes around an hour for therapy data to appear on myAir. If you can’t see any data from your new device in myAir and it has been several hours since you completed your therapy session, please check that:
- Your CPAP machine is turned on and plugged into a power source.
- You have a good wireless signal on your machine: the more bars you see on the wireless signal icon on your device, the better the signal strength. If you don’t see many bars, try moving the machine to another location.
- Your machine is not set to airplane mode. For more information about turning off airplane mode, refer to the user guide for your CPAP machine.
- You entered the correct serial and device numbers when you set up your myAir account. These numbers are shown on the back of your machine and can be found in your profile on the myAir app.
If the problem persists, please contact myAir support for help. To contact myAir support through the myAir app, please go to Profile (at the right of the bottom menu bar), select Settings, and click on myAir support.
Sometimes, I use my CPAP machine during naps as well as at night-time. What happens to my sleep score and myAir data in this case?
You’ll receive a myAir sleep score and data for your first sleep session on any given day. If another session is recorded on the same day, myAir will update according to the new data it receives during that session. The same applies to each subsequent sleep session.
Why can’t I see my data from previous sleep sessions in myAir?
Your CPAP device will start sending data to myAir as soon as you download the myAir app and create an account. To see your sleep data as soon as possible, download the myAir app and complete your myAir account registration at the beginning of your CPAP therapy journey. You’ll be able to see your data and sleep score from that night onwards. As you continue to use your CPAP device, you’ll be able to see up to 12 months’ worth of data in the myAir app.
